Halloween Leftovers and NANOWRIMO

Huzzah, it's November AND the time changed today!

I will not write too too much on today's post because I am behind on my word count for NaNoWriMo! (Wanna be my writing buddy? Click here! I LOVE to meet friends through this adventure of writing! )

BUT, Emmy tagged me in the halloween tag and I must answer! :)

Here we go!

The Questions:

What is your favorite horror movie? Erm... I don't really watch "horror" movies. I'm slowly learning to like Nightmare Before Christmas, does that count?

If you were in a horror movie how far do you think you would get? If the writer let me keep my guns I think I would do very well!!!

Favorite scary video game? I haven't played many, but the one I played as a kid (never finished it) was Alone in the Dark (on pc, the greater race for gaming ;) ). Scary stuff!

What is your favorite scary story? Anything by Edgar Allan Poe!!!

What's one unusual thing you're afraid of? As a kid I was scared of this bus in Virginia called the Omnibus BECAUSE it reminded me of Omnikron which was something in this game I played a demo of where you are a robot man dude and you're trying to save the day but you also have a wife? And there's like a David Bowie type song in the credits? I don't even know...it was a demo disc that came with one of my many Tomb Raider games.

What's your first memory of Halloween? I think I was 6ish or so, I had a red flowy dress to be princess Buttercup from Princess Bride! :)

What your favorite Halloween memory? Being super scared of the haunted house in our neighborhood, but being brave enough to go through! Again, I was little...

What was your best Halloween costume? The red dress for Buttercup I think. Or when I was a Blues Brother, haha. Complete with harmonica!

What's your worst Halloween costume? I was a lawyer once. I think I was 13 or 14 and still trick or treating with my little siblings, so I wore nice black pants and a blazer and fake glasses haha. I just look like a normal person! Kinda lame.

Which is scarier...

Werewolves or Vampires? Werewolves, I think. They're both scary!

Ghosts or Zombies? Zombies pose more of a threat I believe, so that would be scary, but ghosts are unpredictable and you can't really know for sure if one is there!

Creepy Dolls or Creepy Clowns? CLOWNS ARE EFFING CREEPY GUYS. LET'S BE REAL.

Freddy Kruger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Meyers, or Leatherface? I'm sorry, I don't know any of those....I've heard some of those names, maybe??

Ok so that was the tag! I will tag people when another list of questions comes out, since halloween is over I think another theme is needed.

For now, study and NANOWRIMO!

  2. I am newish to Blogland and this is the first I'm hearing of NaNoWriMo! Looks like you've done it for a few years too! Do you start a novel from scratch in November, or is this something you've had brewing? Totally interested!
